Add the provider
- Open Settings → Providers and select Add provider.
- Enter the provider's name, credentials and individual NPI.
- Assign the locations where they see patients.
- Save, then create their user account under Settings → Users if they need to sign in.
Billing setup with payers can take longer. If claims for the new provider are rejected, submit a request with the claim number.
