Every unified patient profile in MPower Sync shows when data last arrived from each connected source.
What the indicator shows
- Green: data received within the expected interval for that source.
- Amber: the last update is older than expected. The source may be delayed.
- Grey: this source has never sent data for this patient.
If a source stays amber
- Open Sources and check the connection status for that system.
- If the connection shows an error, note the message.
- Submit a request with the source name and the time it last updated.
